★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store today for the first time and had a horrible experience while checking out at 19.40. There were 2 cash counters open and one was not occupied. When I approached the unoccupied counter the cashier directed me to the occupied counter and walked out.
At the occupied counter a person was doing his billing with a lot of items, but at the last moment mentioned that he had forgotten an item and I had to wait for 10 mins before he returned. Meanwhile the other cashier returned after 5 mins only after being called by the first person and started attending to other customers instead of dealing with me first. I ended up getting billed 15 mins late. On enquiring about a Manager, there was no one present to accept a complaint. Neither there was any complaint redressing mechanism. So here I am!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small supermarket as compared to Big Bazar but enough stock of daily items. Grocery, frozed food, vegetables, and many more. If you think big bazar and spencer are little far from your location, this is a good alternative. Price is reasonable and many items have good discounts also.
