★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Don't trust their online payment interface. My Amazon pay wallet was debited for Rs277. It is credited to their account. But they told me that it didn't get credited to their account. I had to pay it again. The cashier told me that the amount went to their suspension account and it will be refunded back to you within 24hours. But nothing happened. I went to store again. They told me that to provide email id and phone number with Amazon pay and the transaction details. They replied within 24hours that the number given was not linked to Amazon pay, which is a lie. I again went to the store again to receive my money. They told me that come after one week. I went yesterday. They told me that I will not get any refund. Such thieves!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the customer support people are very bad. They are not all concerned and co operative. Mainly the tall and thin guy who stand in front of the cash. He throws cash to the customer. Don't know how to give the exchange properly. I am absolutely not happy. These rascals should be thrown out of the market to save the reputation of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is only visible from the road if you are looking for it. The store is quite small but packs in most of the essentials.
Poor Hygiene and cleanliness. As the whole store is always dirty and has bugs and mosquitoes all the time. No measure is taken for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of this store but today I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of the staffs...they don't follow any guidelines of covid. Most of the staffs are neither wearing mask, nor using hand sanitizer. Even They are allowing customer inside the store without mask and not providing hand sanitizer to the customer. Timir (came without mask) , one of the staff of this store was arguing with me very badly,as I asked him why they are not following the covid protocol. Another lady staff who was in billing counter without mask was very rude as I told her to wear mask. I wanted to meet the store manager but no one is available.Even they don't have any system to receive customer feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated on a lane which bifurcates of the main N.S.C Bose Road just after Malancha cinema hall that falls on the right hand side flank of N.S.C Bose Road, that is if you're coming from the Tollygunge end. You get a lot of green cover over the road. Housed on the ground floor of a building complex called Rajat Enclave. Seems to be quite posh. Not a very big store though. But quite clean, organized and a well stocked one.
