★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid twice Rs.789 because this shop bill counter girl said it is not showing/reflecting so she asked me to pay again.
I complained about the money got deducted twice from my account, the shop manager said she will look into the matter but no response till date.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has all the essential commodities, the offers are fine. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also available. However, the staff is disrespectful and arrogant. These stores must train their staff with basic management and customer centric skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sunday, me and my sister went to buy ice cream. We bought 3 feast and 2 milky bar of 10rs. So the total cost was upto 30+30+30+10+10=110. We gave 200 rs while paying. But they didn't have change. The lady in the counter without even asking or informing, instantly removed one milky bar and told me that there is no change, so you take only one milky bar chocolate.
Like seriously, how can they remove my items without even asking me. Just like that casually she is telling me. Was very much irritated with her behaviour.
Not only this whenever I go there to buy any product, they don't respond properly. Very poor customer service and mannerless and unprofessional staffs.
