Because in this compnay there is jo working time for there employee theya re trated as worst then labor, my brother ia working in same org and he did 36 days continue night shift, and when he came to take his week of thry told come to next shift mean morning shift.. Wht the hell .. He ia employee is tried enoff time to told his sinors about shift issue.. But no one listen.. Even he has do work 2ouble shift also.. And for that he is getting nothing..
Now his increment is not given by comp, they told we are in loss, so of ypy are in loss then why your compang employee is treating there employee like hell, they havebeen forced to work more thn 8 hour job...
For incremnet they told it will come on aug.. Jb april se inka increment lg gya h too aap sb paise kyu khaa rhe ho uske... Its his right to take his money and i want to complaint against sinor dept that why there sinors are not working.. Why they are taking salay if they are not present in there compnay by mently..
Or one more thing if ypur compnay forced by brother to leave his job aur your company people forced him to work extra aur toucher him.. Thn i ll sue u all in court.
