★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. I got my gas connection transferred from Ahmedabad and they gave two new cylinders, DPR and done all paper work in 10 min. 1 technician accompanied me and fitted the suraksha hose, DPR and done the safety check at my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Service is only good if you book cylinder and don't wait for it to be deliver at your doorstep else you have to face following situation.
2. You book cylinder and also get delivery mail but your cylinder never gets delivered. You have to call them and tell that I've got mail for delivery then they will tell you that it happened by mistake! Then you can go to their shop and collect cylinder but if you don't tell them that you have already got receipt of x amount on mail they will ask you for current cylinders rate and argue for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time their delivery person asks for 20rupees extra for delivery of cylinder and refuses to leave without taking money. This is highly unethical because he is not doing a favour by delivering the cylinder at our doorstep and it’s his job. I want a proper communication on this because this issue I am facing since 3 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bad service. Delivering non sealed cylinders. Also some Delivery boys doing wrong dids I must say. Delivery at 7:30am??? Imagin. Also harassing old persons who r alone at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst in service. didn't answer your calls,hang up phone calls. Staff does not respond to your complaint. My experience, I booked cylinder on 18th and took follow -up 10 to 15 times with them for whole month. When you call them they just tell you it will get delivered tomorrow they would not provide you proper reasons. After a month I got message that your request has been cancelled with reason consumer is out of station.
Also when you go there and book, you will get cylinder that time only without any waiting.very bad experience and service as well.If you are taking new connection I will suggest do not go for this please go for another agency.

Guy over thier just eats vimal and do nothing
Since past 3 days they are saying they will deliver cylinder but they still did not delivers it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Booked cylinder 15 days ago not delivered yet ?still waiting. When I called them 2 days before they said will deliver it today and I am still waiting ?. Seriously!??? Sometimes delivery boy ask for extra money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Worst service, deliveries of refill cylinders takes more than 2 months that too if we call them repeatedly.
2) Even after paying online delivery will not be done till you call them again and again.
3) Have heard they sell booked cylinders in black on higher prices.
4) Rathore the agency guy is not at all bothered to serve you.
5) It is better to choose some other agency.
