★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to review Mr. Tarun's service to us. We are a company that deals in high-end scientific research instruments. We had office furnitures made by them- pictures attached. I will list the points below-
1. Not very prompt with communication- Had to ask a zillion times for brochures and quotes
2. A lot of miscommunications regarding the material supplied. There were certain inclusions that were agreed upon which were not supplied at the time of installation and had to be specially reminded by citing whatsapp conversations.
3. Asked for a 50% advance payment which we obliged without much deliberation. But, at the time of installation, we were told full payment has to be done even before the raw materials can be unloaded from their truck at the site! This was due to lack of trust of a supplier with a customer, which should really be other way around!
Mr. Tarun visited our office before we finalised and should have assumed that we are a well-established company. The fact that he was stubborn regarding the payment and that these terms were not even mentioned in the quotation was appalling.
My father (owner of the company) had a confrontation with him regarding the same which was really bad in taste.
4. The material supplied is not of very high quality (pictures attached). The quality assurance of the material was not done before dispatch.
The two stars is for the good design options he had, the extremely polite and nice workers he deputed for the installation, and the price that was agreed upon was reasonable.
He must have done some great work elsewhere but our experience was not at all great. May be we are unimportant as a client for his fat business deals.
