Dr Chakrapani garu takes care of their patients v.well.my niece is admitted 26000 platlets with dengue and recovered well span of 7 days and discharged.we r from D. polavaram near tuni.Thanx to Dr n nursing staff.

Such a bad experience with this hospital, clearly shows how commercialized the hospital has become. I am writing this so that if someone is planning to visit the hospital they would wanna take decision after reading this. My sister got her delivery here couple of months back. So yesterday we had to visit again as baby is not keeping well and has cold. When we mentioned the same to the Lady Doctor who treated my sister, she was like “we are getting similar cases now and its due to climate change, not to worry just take him to children doctor and take the medicine.” We went to the next room to visit Children Doctor. He didn’t take the baby in his hands or at least use the stethoscope. Asked us to admit baby in the hospital for 1 week, for observation, will give injections and put oxygen. Still trying my best to understand If he has super powers like he asked us to admit the baby and baby need oxygen by just looking at the baby from other side of the table. My sister was skeptical about it so she wanted to discuss with family before taking any action and asked doctor for a syrup or some medicine for cold and cough, he denied to prescribe a medicine! Told to admit the baby for 1 week and if baby still has cold after 1 week then we will move him to different hospital for emergency and there you need to admit for 10 more days! I quote he prescribed all these by just looking at the baby! Couple of months back when the baby was born in the same hospital they have given few dates for regular vaccination and Nurse told my sister that do not miss these dates and we can get baby vaccinated anywhere near our place. Now Since baby is having cold, we are not sure if we can get baby vaccinated, we have asked the same to this Children doctor. He asked my sister where are we taking baby for vaccination. She told we have a govt hospital near our place. He didnt want to give any information as we are not taking the vaccination from this hospital and asked us to go to govt hospital and ask, I will only tell if we get baby vaccinated here. We couldn’t bare such arrogance and irresponsibility of a Doctor. We were leaving and asked for our file. To my surprise Compounder denied to return our file and was telling that baby need to be admitted!! When the Lady doctor clearly mentioned that there is nothing to be worried and it happens in this cold climate, use medicine, here Children Doctor next door asked us to admit the baby without even checking him. How would a mother process the information when you directly say on face that we will put oxygen to baby and then if its not doing better we will move to another hospital for 10 days!. Like seriously?! I have never seen such hospital in my life and would seriously suggest people who are reading this to reconsider.

Money mind doctor don't go emergeny patient's, your time waste and your money will loss. Very bad experiences he didn't listen patient history. Fully money minded doctor.

Dr R Saraswati MD DGo.She truly deserves all appreciation and accolades. She is very experienced, calm and friendly in nature. The best thing about her is how she focuses on natural birth.

It was an absolutely great experience with Mother & Child Hospital, Kakinada. I would like to thank both the doctors Dr. Saraswathi Madam & Dr. Chakrapani sir for the way they interact with patients and clear all the doubts. Best part is they never suggest for any medical tests unless until if it is really necessary. Fully satisfied with their service and the line of treatment is absolutely great.

Very much satisfied with laying our trust to get entire pregnancy and delivery process done under supervision of Dr.Saraswathi Ma'am & Dr.Geetha Ma'am. Even during covid period where physical examination was difficult to be done, Doctors ensured patients are properly guided thru digital medium such as whatsapp or telephonic calls. Even the delivery period went smooth under their guidance and now with baby onboard the ever enthusiastic team of hospital ensured patients felt comfortable. Hygiene is maintained in hospital rooms with adequate cleaning protocols being followed. Best part getting assistance of gynaec during pregnancy period and after child birth the best paediatric care under Dr Chakrapani Sir. Would highly recommend Mother and Child hospital to known circle.

Very well experienced doctors with a smile on their face always. Mostly they try for a normal delivery here. I saw people coming from surrounding villages from Kakinada as well for treatment. That is the reason it will be a bit crowded. Our experience with Dr. Chakrapani Garu & Dr. Saraswathi Garu has been wonderful. We are so glad to choose Mother & Child Hospital for my wife first delivery.

Very good hospital with experienced doctors. Nursing and support staff is cooperative and attentive. You can expect quick response from support staff and nursing team. Gynecologist (Dr Saraswathi & Dr Geeta) & Pediatrician (Dr Chakrapani) and are available round the clock for critical care. Doctors have a positive intent for normal delivery which is seen very rare now a days. Our baby is normally delivered in this hospital. Room provided is clean and sanitized. In regards to experience and availability of Doctors, it is one of the best hospital in town. Canteen facility is not available in this hospital. But this hospital is at prime locality (Near Bhanugudi junction) with mostly all amenities such as food, sweets, tea zone, tiffin, baby world within 150m range. Also 2 family members can stay with the patient in my room provided unlike only 1 attendant in other hospitals. I recommend this hospital for every " to be mother" in the town.
