★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a booking with Mothers Packers and movers, On On the day of shifting they did not even show up, didn't even bother to inform that they won't be coming. Upon tons of calls from our side, the owners somehow managed to answered only one call, telling us we will not be coming that too in a very casual manner. Absolutely no professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked them for moving to a new address. However, at the day of shifting, they didn't informed us that they aren't coming. When I called them back, at first they didn't pick up the call. When they picked up the call, they gave us a ridiculous reason that the driver fainted and was hospitalised. I asked them for another driver or reschedule the date but they didn't responded and disconnected the call. I tried to call them up multiple times but they didn't responded the call nor called us back. This is simply unprofessional and dissatisfied customer experience. If you are strict to your schedule, I will suggest everyone not to use their services because you may get a cancellation or get abandoned from the packers and movers and you may have to change your plans because of them. I had to pay extra to get a quick service from different packers and movers which has went beyond our budget.
