I was provided a baby sitter, name "Neha Madheshiya" by Mother Touch Services Agency in Mar, 2022. I was told by the agency head that agency has professional and trained maids, however my experience was extreme opposite to that, as following -
1. This baby sitter will hit & scold your child when parents are not around, my mother caught her red handed, when me and my wife were outside.
2. she will try to be very calm, but she is actually NOT. She will surely show her rudeness soon and will take no time to show that frustration to your 3 year old kid (in my case), when you are not around, because she knows, 3 year old kid wont be able to speak that out.
3. She does not at all maintain hygiene, skips baths and will use your personal stuff without your permission.
4. She has an attitude problem also that she tries to hide by speaking less, but in couple of days, you'll come to know.
5. I was told that she has experience to take care of of both 3 year old child and an infant. But she does not have that experience, I was cheated by the agency on this statement.
6. She smartly and confidently lies and try to cover her mistakes.
7. She spends more time on her cell phone, even till late night, and so will wake up late in the morning, I meant you have to wake her up in the morning. She has no work etiquettes, professionalism and ethics, but so called trained staff, as per the agency.
I could not bear her for more than 2 weeks, as all her improper behavior, unprofessionalism unfolded soon. I did mention each and every issue with the agency head that they should NOT lie to the customer about those maids which are insufficient in their work.
I'll recommend stay away from such maids..!
I hope, Agency head must give consideration to this serious feedback, rather than placing her somewhere else..!

I am working lady so I can not take care of my child, My baby doesn't feel that I am not with her.. good keep it up..I am very happy with your service..I am very happy with account team as well..they also respond very nicely.I often talk to Sachin sir. His behaviour is very nice and polite..very helpful person he is. "Jis company me ese employees honge waha ki service best hi hogi..My very big thanks to the founder of this company please hire these types employees so that we can take good service always..!!

I have used other company's services also but I didn't get that much good service which Mother Touch provides me.

I can perform my office duty relaxed when she is in the house. Also, their team is amazing, they take care of every complaint promptly. Kudos to mother touch services for great services.
