Motherhood Hospital - Bengaluru

Our experience with Motherhood hospital, Banashankari branch was very good. The nurses, house keeping staffs and receptionists were all very professional. Care 5/5 For most of the new moms additional assistance will be needed for the first two days and the nurses at Motherhood hospital were always available and did take good care of the patients. They were courteous, caring and patient enough to attend whenever needed. Doctors 5/5 Big thanks to Gynecologist, lactation consultant and the Pediatrician for all their help and support. They did guide us very well on the topics to be aware of and did answer all our queries calmly . They were all soft spoken and never created any unwanted panic moments. Hygiene and Hospital environment 4/5 The premise is very well maintained and in the pandemic period, one does expect that utmost importance is given to sanitization and the house keeping staff does an excellent job here. We had opted for a private room and it was very well maintained. They do sanitize the room every time before a new admission. Hot water is available 24/7 and no concerns over there. Private room is quite spacious and has a TV as well (Not sure if anyone will find time to turn on the TV) The cafeteria is also pretty decent for attenders to have their meals inside the premises. The prices are all reasonable and the meals are served in decent quantity. The only concern with the premises is that they are still carrying out some construction at the hospital premises and because of that there are lots of nails and screws lying towards the parking lot. They do clean the path towards parking lot but it is still a concern. This was the only issue which prevented us from giving this a 5 star rating.

Beautiful and a very satisfactory service! Very happy with the nursing staff and the housekeeping staff!!! Duty doctors and the dieticians have guided and treated very well! Duty doctors and nursing staff were very calm and explained all the procedures well before doing it! Housekeeping staff have really helped us! They have helped to maintain cleaniness in the room and made sure there are not many visitors.

I have consulted Dr Padmashri for my second pregnancy and initially though doctor looks strict and tough talking but at the end you will get know that she has proven experience. In addition to that motherhood BSK has provided good facilities in terms of treatment and service in faster recovery from C section. Nurses are well trained and very helpful.

The hospital and the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Everyone takes care of baby and the mother with extreme care. The cost is somewhat affordable and the best treatment is available. The nursing staff, admin team, cleaning team etc are amazing at their work. Dr.Jayashree Shrinivas is amazing doctor, she was there with yes from day 1 and provided best possible suggestions, treatment and support everytime. Normal delivery recommendation---- I have no words to describe the experience with our Dr. Geetha Nagarjuna ma'am. We actually were doubtful about Motherhood and Appolo cradle, but we made a Google search and got reviews about doctors. Me and my wife both were wanting for normal delivery and found very good reviews about our Dr. Geetha Nagarjuna. And so we went for the first check up and since then, we have visited her and completed the whole process till Delivery. She always gave confidence to my wife for normal delivery and she guided us so well for the whole 9 months. You can actually trust her blindly and do whatever she says and you can achieve normal delivery. She constantly told us to maintain the baby weight below 3kgs(since my wife is 4'11"). My wife started getting pain earlier in the week of 37 and the doctor knowing everything so right and guided us so well. She also told the baby might have pooped inside and the baby just before delivery had actually pooped in. I am so very happy with the doctor i would suggest each and everyone of you to go with her, especially if you want normal delivery. Coming to the hospital, the hospital is just top class. They have COVID restrictions now again and if you are getting admitted, you have to go through Rapid antigen test. You have an option to have only one attended at a time and only swap inbetween and everyone should go through COVID test. This is actually a very good thing. And for all the appointments they allow only the mother to go in and no one else. And an appointment is always needed for anything here. A honest request for anyone who's visiting the hospital, "The rules are for everyone and not just you". Whatever they are doing is for the good of everyone. I have seen few kids who came here with fever and also one of the attender of the other patient , tested positive. So the rules here are for the benefit of everyone around. Do behave accordingly. Few rules of the hospital: 1. Only mother allowed for checkup and scan(husband can go in if doctor permits). 2. Only one attender and one swap allowed after COVID test (Rapid antigen) during admission. 3. Appointment to be taken for everything. 4. Outside food strictly not allowed. I have also seen people who cant wait for more than 15mins. If your appointment is at 4, sometimes there are chances that it can extend upto 30 mins. I have also waited for 1 hr one day because the doctor was busy with a delivery. So please be patient. You have not come for a movie theatre where the show starts right on time. Parking is available and they also decorate your car after delivery. The canteen food is awesome for in-patients ( Not sure for out-patients) you literally get 2glasses of tea for the price of one. ;) Overall a very very brilliant hospital with amazing staff and amazing service and all the rules in place. Highly recommended. And would recommend Dr.Geetha nagarjuna mam to everyone. ?If the review is helpful.

Wonderful experience right from fist day of registration at the reception to the discharge date very excellent support from reception, supporting staff ,Doctors, duty nurses and hygiene house keeping staff. Neat and excellent infrastructure with feel at home environment Appreciation regular visit by the management,Doctors timely advise to mother and baby. Definitely recommend for anyone in Bangalore! Really amazing staff. U feel u r in safe hands. Specially NICU team.. Wonderful service no second thought about that. The service that we received from Dr. Ayesha Gulzar is excellent. Overall wonderful experience.
