★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no other option than giving single star. The management of this company is biased with no equal opportunity given to employees who are willing to work and upscale there skills. Insecurity among teams, no knowledge sharing, politics and gossiping is all around. No internal or external trainings for technical growth, lesser number of projects. HR is least bothered about the feedback given during exit interviews which leads to more resignations. People are not willing to join the company after there interview due to the unstructured JD. The company is far away from there projection plan to be an IT solution company in automation, cloud computing, IoT etc. etc. The rating and reviews are paid so if Motherson is in your list of companies to join, please talk to an employee on Linkedin to make a decision. It is highly recommended. Hope this will help most of you to make a decision. Wish you all the very best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 3 Years 1Month, I am currently working MothersonSumi Infotech & Designs Limited.
As per commitment, they didn't pay me also took work for 8 Months.
After 8 Months they didn't release my appraisal letter. Vice President gives me commitment they didn't give me even 1Rs of that commitment.
Within 3 days, I got a offer letter another company with 166% Hike then I have resigned but no one response in any manner (+ve or -ve). So, HR didn't even want to give me relieving date. After resignation, They starting ignore me like I was not a part of company.
Worst time, even after left that company.
There are not giving FNF as per rule.
Don't join that company if you are planning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the people who make the company. I was less fortunate to have good team mates and managers. Management driven company with false commitments to career growth with no learning and resources for UAT. I was associated with server team and had the manager who was very insecured about his vision and full of fear to take risk in whatever they expect us to do. I have to say that the management was biased and non co-operative. They can do every thing to ruin your career growth. I have trusted them and learnt and now am happy where I am working. Hope there attitude change with there existing team mates and wish no false commitments are made in future to ruin somebody career.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company has 2 buildings within the premise. One is new and the other one is old. The new one has the canteen where employees have lunch. The area around the buildings is nice and clean with parking lots around it. The campus is lush green. There are a few eateries in the vicinity. The office staff is quite professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking time to put my views for the organisation I have given my 7+ years. The organisation was good at some point with good team mates but with the change in policies, they have lost good resources and have a fall in the market as well. I was associated with the Infrastructure team and mostly working in the data center operations. The management has changed during the time of COVID and started issuing PIPs which created panic and insecurity amongst the people working here. Most of us have resigned during this period and few of them are still working but are looking for a career change. They work on some old technologies with a very rough attitude towards the co workers of taking any suggestions or implimenting something good for both the customer and the company. Nothing personal about the management as they themselves know what they are upto. All the very best to those working and also those desperately looking to change the job. Most of the recent reviews with a 5 start rating are either fake or posted by some very tenured employees (15+ years with the company) those who are not wiling to be open about the companies culture.
