I had visited his place on 25 Oct 21 and he had took me to his partner dealer(Varun Motors, Subhash Nagar) claiming for the best dealer in Subhash Nagar, where I had purchased TVS Apache RTR 160. Now it's been around 2 months and RC transfer had still not yet done, nor both of them are responding to call or message.
