Every time i have rented from them, the bike has been amazing. Plus, they are very helpful and even provide a list of mechanics on your route should anything go wrong. Their staff is competent,friendly, and courteous. Above all, they are absolutely trustworthy. No hidden costs, no made up extra charges. They were completely transperent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get lured from these fake reviews giving these fraud people 5 stars(the people giving them 5 stars are their friends and family members). They provide motorbikes on rent and believe me, you'll totally regret your decision after renting out from this shop.
They do not service their bikes, they temporarily show you that everything is fine but after an hour of riding, you get to know that everything is broken. When you complain about this, the concerned person (Amit) is rude as hell. He says that you'll have to repair everything or you'll have to pay for it when you return the bike.
I had the same problem. The guy charged me a very hefty amount unnecessarily and that too for the things i didn't do. He even started shouting at me. His behavior was very harsh.
I strongly urge people not to rent any bike from here and please seriously consider this advice.
You'll never get back your security deposit if you rent from this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired 2 standard bullet for 9 days and had a wonderful trip. rental was 850 per day with a refundable deposit of 1000 per bike. Bikes were in good shape and got a complementary mechanical warranty in case of any breakdown. Never had to call them for any issues and bike handover also went very well and smooth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big time FRAUDSTERS, they give worn out bikes, then blame the customers for the damage and do not return the security. I spent 4k extra on the bike i rented from them, forget about 4k, they did not even return my security citing damage. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: IT IS A WORST PLACE TO RENT A BIKE. Supervisor Rajesh a big time jerk has no etiquette to deal with a customer, and owner himself has no professionalism.
I rented an Enfield Classic 350 for 5 days, for Dharamshala but this bike has ruined all the excitement of the trip within 2hrs of commencement of our journey.
firstly the silencer hung out from the engine. I got it repaired at Royal Enfield Panipat, And we also got to know that there is a shortage of mobil oil in engine. (BILLS ATTACHED). After few kilometers there was a spark in a fuse box where all the fuse got damaged and we need to replaced it in a nearby bike point. On 3rd day the entire wiring of the bike got damaged and we got it replaced in Mcleodganj. (BILLS ATTACHED)
Apart from a rent Approx Rs.4000 extra got spent on their junk bike.
And when I asked these people to co-operate and compensate the extra money I spent, they simply refused and all of a sudden their attitude changed. At the time of booking they will pretend themselves to be very generous but they are shameless junkyard dealers who are making money on junk. Before booking I haven't read reviews about motorclub.in but later i found that many people are affected by this good for nothing bike renting company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE PROVIDER! These guys are here to loot money out of outstation travellers! I had booked a Bullet TB 350 online for Ladakh Full Circuit Trip for almost 3000 kms. The bike which was supposed to be ready in the morning was delivered to me at 4 pm with both the tyres already worn out. On complaining about tyres the owner assured us that I would not face any difficulty. I had to stick to my schedule for which I was already late so I had no choice but to take the bike as it is. Later at the time of returning the bike, the owner accused me busting the speedometer, denting the bike and asked for another 10,000 over and above the booking charges. Thankfully I had clicked some pics while taking the delivery of the bike which showed that the damages were already present on the bike. Yet the owner had the audacity to question the viability of the pics I had saying "Aisa bhi ho sakta hai aapne bike li, aur 5 minute me damage karke fir pics liye". I have nobody but myelf to blame for believing in these guys. Beware of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Strongly recommend not to take any bikes from this service provider. If incase you want the bike, you need to be a pro Royal Enfield mechanic. -5* doesn't even deserve it. Wheelstreet.in poor quality. All the reviews given 5* are pure fake.
