Neither staff nor their VP has etiquette to talk to customer.
Surprisingly NEXA workshop VP is illiterate rustic fellow. If that's the quality of their top management you can presume the quality goes down the hierarchy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car serviced here three times and my experience wasn't so good. They do not pay attention on washing and cleaning. I have to ask inspect my car myself the. i have to ask them to clean the mudguard area and the bonet area as well. One need to pay full attention and get into details as they also add unwanted charges like sanitization charges among others. Also, if they say it will take 3 hours then keep it 4-5 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst place to get your car repaired. They want you to wait for 30 mins in order for someone to come and simply assist you.
Had to leave because of the terribly long waiting time. This is when I went in on a Tuesday afternoon- the most low traffic day possible.
