★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally found a good mechanic who did a very nice Service. Its a place you don't have to worry about the service, just tell them what's your requirements properly and by the time they try to satisfy your needs. I got the great service at last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't make a proper job card when picking up the bike.
Completely ignored the complaint of air leak from the tyres.
When they delivered the bike, I asked about the tyres and they said 'Sir aap kuch din chalake dekho.'
After that they stopped responding to my follow-up for the tyres that continue to leak.
What a joke of a service!

I also appreciate their real advice on service that they’ll help me with, service they recommend I go to the dealership for since my warranty should cover it, or service that they don’t recommend I do (I asked for an aftermarket tow hitched before). I very much feel like a valued customer and I appreciated the team :) highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, servicing was good. And the updates on whatsapp was really a good approach.
But, if I needed all stock parts and accessories then why would I choose Motorodi?
You should keep parts from other brands and suggest customer from your side to use parts which are much better than Stock spare parts.
Serviced the vehicle really well....but I wanted a different air filter, headlights were also not available....
Making a deal with customer creates a expectation among them that they'll get what they've asked for.
Keep the vehicle for more time but provide the items customer is asking for, rather than calling and saying that parts are not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my Pulsar 220 to them since it came from pune I didn't got chance to visit the service center as I was in Chandrapur but they handled everything very professionally in my absence.Did everything what I said and gave me suggestions regarding what to keep and what not. communication was done only through calls and also they helped me in breakdown.
I suggest everyone to visit once and try the service
The concerned person is so polite and professional.
