My Moto G 5S plus had a bootloading problem where it kept restarting, it was probably the power button at fault or some internal glitch of the phone, this error had occured in my phone in past which was easily solveable given some time and effort. I had my exam when the same problem reoccured so we had no choice but to visit the center. My father went for the same and was told my phone needed a battery replacement. I was unaware of this as I was giving my university exam! They charged us 2000 Rs for the battery replacement which wasn't needed on the first place. cut short to 3 days of usage after the battery replacement the charging speed of my phone went really low. I kept it on charge overnight and it only charged 15%.
I went to the service center again where they literally kept my phone for good 3-4 days they kept changing their biases over what was at fault. I finally gave up as I had no spare phone whatsoever. I asked them to keep their battery with themselves and hand me my phone back with the original battery. The only good part about the whole experience was that they gave me my refund. but at what cost? My phone's data as well as usability at stake. The lady was in utter shock while handing me back my phone as it still worked with the same battery. (I kept telling them there was no need of battery replacement at first place)
please please please take this tip and try and solve the problem on your own if it ever occurs or is a minor one. Do not agree on battery replacement. as per my experience it literally destroyed my phone.
No hate, just wanted to help someone in need because during a pandemic this is the least thing you would want to experience.
I went there for atleast 3-4 times during a pandemic with no result. My working condition phone is now just a piece of unusable technology.

I said the employee that is will just call you in a minute and I just called in 40 seconds and I called more than 10 times but they are not picking up the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, it is third party agency who has got licence from motorola company for repairing phones. They also don't give warranty and charge the full rates of company products. I got my battery replaced and within 1year the battery failed, it seems they use china products instead of original parts
