★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very Bad Service Centre, No Token system...machine is installed but customer treated manually. Staff is also not trained..
It's seems that engineer are also fake and untrained.. don't put your costly mobile here.
Please go to CP & Rohini.
This is looks like a repairing shop not authorised service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service as I bought Motorola M on 1st feb 2017 suddenly charging cable stops working but when I took that mobile along with original bill and data-cable & charger, service center simply deny me by saying this that cable is out of warranty due to improper usage , not single person at center denying this but only Technical expert Mr. puran thinks that cable is faulty because of improper usage. Pathetic service by moto lenovo service center at - W_88, 1st floor, shakarpur, Delhi

Exit from Lakshmi nagar gate no-4 metro station. Then turns to traffic light signal and just ask for ICICI BANK. Go there and you will find service center
The staff here is good they help you very well if they understand your problem. They just took 1 hr to fix my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just fooling people. There is no service centre at that place. It has been shifted to Shakarpur school block S-3 above ICICI bank. Without any confirmation they changed hardware of my phone and make a bill of rs 650.
It's better to contact any local shop inspite of going Motorola service centre.

Today 20-6-2016, around 11:30 visit in thi service center, my moto x play screen was damaged, so i visit this service center, he says me 5680/- display, i agree and i say ok you repaired my phone, but please check my phone is it ok in all condition or not... He's open my phone and remove my inbuilt battery, and say his colleuge, is battery ko sidha karde, wo employee andar, gaya, and battery le aaya, jab wo person battery laga raha tha, to mene ose wahi rok diya ki bhai, ye meri battery to nahi hai, ye to purani si battery hai or ispe scratches hai, but wo kehte nahi hum kyo change karenge, mene b kaha ye battery inbuilt hai, new phone h to kaise purani ho sakti h battery, but wo jisne batery sidhi karne ke liye bola tha, wo fir mere samne aaya hi nahi, waha kaam karne wali ladkiya onka favour karne lagi, per onki ye chalaki saaf dikh rahi thi, ki is service center walo ne mere moto x play ki new battery change ker di thi, but fir me khud hi pareshan tha to me aa gaya waha se, or fir wahi ek or service center tha B2X waha apna fone thek karane ke liye gaya, so pls my dear all friends is service center me na hi jaye to pls accha hai, apke sath bhi fraud ho sakta hai
me to is service center ko Zero rating dunga, so na hi jaye to acha hai,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my Moto phone (under warranty) for repair. Staffs are not very helpful. The contact phone number is switched off or not attended most of the occasions. Better to avoid unless you are ready to invest a lot of time trying to followup things.
