The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life....They are very irresponsible,Dont know how to talk to the customers, I gave them my phone to repair they told me that there's a problem on mother bord they called me after 4 days I went and they they said no,the problem is in sim slot and calld me after 6 days i went there and they Flashed my phone and returned me back saying that if the problem occur again bring it to us it will take 15 more days....i went there they again make me to wait 3 hours and updated my software and gqve it to me I checked it and the problem was all there he called me after holi -_- (After 4 days) I asked him to return my phone .... Enough is Enough

People here don't do their work properly. My Moto G5s plus had dust inside the lens,so i thought to get it clean in the service center,as it was in warranty. I went their on 30th december 2017,they told me to come next day,i tried to call next day,but the number was switched off. Then I searched on net for another number to my surprise i found out that it was closed today. No problem. On 1st January 2018,i went at 10:30,i found a notice stating that on new year the office will open at 12:00,ok no problem. I stood in front of their one and only gate along with 10-15 other customers. When the clock struck 12,the customer started peeping in the door,which was constantly being used by 3-4 office employees(who were going in and out to bring some foods),to their surprise the employees were in there since 10:00,but they were not attending customers. OK! When we got in,they said,We havent started working on your device,come tomorrow . The next day i went their at 10:20 exact,the engineer told me that he had cleaned the device lens,but my phone is not intact,his senior will do that. His senior came at 10:30. Then he started talking to someone on the phone,and enjoyed his 10 minute convo. The other engineer signaled me that in 5 minutes i will get my phone. This kept going on for a while and when I shouted to him,the man who collected my phone on 30th came and took the mobile from him and said sir come at 4:00pm your device needs software update. I asked why software needs to be updated,when the problem was only to remove dust,but he didnt listen and asked me to come at 4:00pm I went at 5:00 just to be on the safe side. He said sir your device is ready just wait for 10-20 minutes,i will give it you along with new earphones,because mine had problems and they were in warranty. So for earphones he made me wait for another hour. And when i finally got my device and earphones,i found out though the dust was clear,the screen had black spots,which cant be cleaned from inside and the phone had way too many scratches on it. When i reported this to the man who gave me my phone,he said that he can't care less. Then when i started arguing he told me talk to the engineer myself. It was only 6:20 ,but the engineer has already packed his bag and was ignoring me ,when i started shouting me he told me to come tomorrow,lets see what happens. I have written this because I don't want anyone else to suffer from what I had. I think paying to a local shop is a much better option. Please don't go their.

For every problem they have a different policy. It means they will not do your workin any condition and in particular circumstances if you go then do not dare to forget your debit card.??

I will say that don't go there , its full wastage of time, the employees will not coperate with you These all are money diggers ( employees)

Extremely slow service, and rude behaviour from the service personnel at times. Even if there's a hardware problem, they will always first forcefully factory reset your phone, and say, "Pehle software mein check karenge." Now, if you know your battery has depleted and you need to have it replaced, they will first tell you to backup your phone and factory reset it and then proceed with replacing the battery. It is extremely unnecessary and is only to trouble the customer. Service cost is also expensive for solving issues that should cost very little. I wish there was a proper and well managed authorised service centre of Motorola in Prayagraj.
