It is not a complete service center... since it does not have the provision to check ECU unit or engine trouble light which is an important for bike health check....also there is no spare part available here....u have to go to panvel service centre for these all provisions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yatish, the owner himself of this service centre, is rude to the customers. When asked about their new address, he said, Google our new address to get here, if you want services.
They don't update their existing customers about their new location and when questioned, they keep arguing endlessly, saying, how are we supposed to know that you aren't aware of our new location.
Besides, the spares are not available with them on time and they only tend to give ambiguous replies when inquired about the same.
After registering a complaint with Yamaha's Customer Care, I was shocked when a senior official from Yamaha Services Team called and informed me that no such service centre named Yamaha Mototech exists as Yamaha's authorized service center, either in Koparkhairane or in Ghansoli.
They've only been duping the customers saying that they're a subsidiary of Naman Sales which is an authorized showroom, situated in Navi Mumbai's Panvel city.
A stitch in time saves nine, my dear. What's the point in apologizing after the customer posts their negative review?
I repeatedly kept telling your staff, “Bhai, aap ek word SORRY, bol doh aur mujhe direction bata doh aapke naye address pe kaisé aana hai. Apne defence mein customer ke saath aap bahas karte rahoge kya shaam tak?” But he kept repeating and reiterating his silly counterquestion in paraphrased manners, saying the same thing over and over again, “Arey humko kya maloom aapko hamara naya location pata hai ke nahin.”
He was trying to sound smart, not realizing that he was only antagonizing the customer further by obstinately arguing.
And then, you made it even worse by coming on phone and talking rudely, instead of handling the situation professionally.

I go with my FZ at mototech yamaha service center today for servicing & chain sprocket replacement.
They told me the estimated cost of my bike spare parts & service cost is around 14000 rs.
And they doesn't have any spare part at the showroom also.
They ordered part from local dealers.
One of this mechanic told me the local dealer name from where they bought spare parts.
Then i took my bike from service center & go to buy spare part from the same dealer from where mototech yamha also buy the same spare part
repair my bike at spare part dealer place, they done my bike in 4000 rs with genuine parts & labour cost.
Did you think if i repair my bike at mototech service center they charge 10,000 rs extra with same spare part.
It's horrible.
So, i suggested don't trust on the reviews mentioning they done service at very reasonable rate.
All reviews are done either owner's friends or all reviews are paid for branding & promotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service by Moto Tech owner and all the mechanic's. Every one is super friendly and helpful too. Doesn't charge any extra money other than than parts and service charges. On 1st service I was late by 4 or 5 days but then also they took my bike IN for the service.
