★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mouchak Restaurant situated on first floor above Café Coffee Day opposite Sisirkunja Abasan Madhayamgram. Clumsy sort of place. Feels cramped. Entrance too is not very good from staircase through a narrow passage. Food quality is okay. Prices also not too high. Service can be improved. Cost for two about Rs 600.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad experiance.too much noice from upstair red rose hookaha bar.entrance is too dirty and full of cheap creapy people are loitering in entrance.
After entering I asked about noise to the waiter and want to talk with manager he refuse to talk about this.manager does not come to talk.
whole the time i spent with my family specialy with my mother in mothers day dinner is spoiled tottaly.
During order we asked our choise every alternate order waiter says its not available.
I request every family not to spent your evening in mouchak .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. No water to wash hands though the wash basin exists. Inadequate number of staffs. Very bad behaviour of the attendant (only one I could see). Served 2 types of starters in two plates for five people and had to ask repeatedly for plates as he expected us to eat without plate. Same thing with glasses. I think they don't have employee to wash dishes. You will get disappointed every time you ask the waiter for anything including food. Your mood will be totally off. In Kolkata this scenario is quite common these days.
