Im a busy person so I dont have time to prepare healthy food .I’m also very health conscious so ordering food from them has become extremely convenient

Taste - 4.5 (primarily because it is the bengali way of cooking, and I am from Calcutta)
Portion - 4
Punctuality - 4
Hygene - 5
Variety - 3.5 ( can do better)
One thing that I found best was the customer handling, it makes one feel that it is personalized for you, and you are the only person they are serving.
An area of improvement would be the packaging. They can pack food more efficiently.

Special mention is for the very tasty fish made in bengaly style, dhokhar dalna, kofta, luchi aludom.
All the preperation is very good. Really appreciate the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost experience !, no communication between the staffs. Waited till 1:45 PM and then they told we need to check your order and will get back to you.
no one called back and then one of staff who picked the call tells the guy you communicated with didnt come today. Pathetic service , not reommended
I got a call from samrat in the same day and he tried to console me of the behaviour, they asked me take food and try once for free of cost. I took the food today, it was really awesome and i paid for it. thumbs up to you guys, Non veg was too spicy and i recommend to do it in bengali style.

Before delivering they provided the shared picture of the food that is being packed and believe me quality and quantity for Rs. 320 was amazing and it even exceeded my expectations. Being a regular tiffin buyer from Moumita's Home Cooked Tiffin Service this week, the differently placed requirement placed by me did amazed my home cooked food tiffin experience. I would definitely recommend everyone to specify their tiffin requirement at least a day before, they will definitely fulfill your requirements.
