★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear sir my concern is very simple my son Mohammed Azaan is studying in your school grade 7 I had paid the fees on Time I have even promoted your school to my friends and relatives in a very positive way, when there was lock down all the other schools started with online classes but your school was closed even after calling you there was no reply and even I visited the school it was closed then I thought to change the school I sent my wife to visit the school which was reopened on November to ask for TC she was told to come on January then she visited again on January she made to wait for an hour and more to get the TC when she received the TC the conduct of my son's behaviour was mentioned satisfactory normally your school should have mentioned good instead satisfactory it was a clear to ruin the future of my son my mentioning the conduct as satisfactory this is the only concern I have I kindly want the management to issue the TC of my son with a positive conduct and I apologize if I have Hurt the sentiments of the principal of Mr Athiq I am sorry but even from your side you should have been positive towards my son's future. And I again ask sorry to Mr Athiq for my previous comments I shall promise the management of mountcrest I shall promote your school with positive and even recommend my friends and relatives Thanks and regards Syed zameer
