Great experience of beach life with overwhelming reception, good food quality and staying arrangements. Appropriate for family trip or weekend destination. Kayaking is also an extra attraction of Mermaid Mousuni.

One of the best place we visited yet. The location is great with it's virgin beach along with a sea facing view. The food is awesome which is made with fresh fish and vegetables. The people are extremely generous and helpful.One can also enjoy sports activities like kayaking, beach volley, rope climbing, burma bridge climbing etc for free of cost. Even camp fire and barbeque can be done by paying some charges.

Experience here was really good. I would certainly recommend everyone to come and stay here. The people here are really friendly and welcoming in nature. It felt like more of a home stay as guests than a hotel or camp stay. Tents and rooms were simply excellent. Even though we were 10 in number and booked only tents, they gave us accommodation at mud huts at no extra cost. I can't express fully how much I appreciated this gesture. Also the toilets in the camp were clean. Captain was immensely friendly in nature and frequently kept asking if we were dissatisfied with anything or anything was troubling us. I sincerely appreciate his dedication to his responsibilities and his friendly attitude. The only thing I'd complaint about is the overall food quality. It was certainly short of our expectations and our least favorite part of the trip. There wasn't any sabji for vegetarians (we had to suffice with rice, dal, alu vaja with salads and chutney). But in their defense, we didn't inform them specifically beforehand that there were vegetarians in our group. On the other hand, there were 3 non veg dishes (2 of prawns and 1 of tyangra) but my non veg peers commented that the quality was not up to par. But what I was most dissatisfied about, is that even after we informed them of the vegetarians during lunch and asked them to prepare one veg dish for dinner, what they did was just attempt removing the fish from a mixed fish dish (from lunch) and served the rest of the mixed curry for dinner (I still found prawns in the dish they served me). It was fine for me and my other vegetarian friend but it certainly won't be fine for many. In a nutshell, I can easily recommend everyone to book here, just clarify your queries or conditions regarding food with captain while booking. The hospitality you'll get here is something you'll certainly appreciate and remember fondly about this trip.

One of the most wonderful place in our W.B. It is a lovely place for bachelor friendship group,or as a nice place for weekend tour. This place has a unique charm.This resort can be perfectly choosed for newly married couple as a honeymoon tour if they r loved and want to taken the feelings of the actual beauty of nature nd like to spent time with lap of nature.Exposure to nature in this place not only make u feel better emotionally,it contributes to ur physical wellbeing by relaxation of yr mind.Though the journey to reach this place is a kind of hectic but once u will reach this place, I'm surely told that the environment will help u to forget the tiredness. The hospitality system is soo good nd the foods are awesome,,hence we r thankful to Captain da nd Deepak da. The people's r very cooperative. But one important thing is that....still need to improve the quality of water supply specially, next the quality of room nd the condition of toilet also.However at last I want to repeat that seriously this is a fantastic nd perfect place to spend holidays,,so one should have definitely visit and had a awesome experience.????✌️???️

The location and management of the Mermaid Mousuni is wonderful. A intimate relationship of nature has been established with the sea & river and we are really fascinated by your hospitality. The taste and quality of food is good enough. We really impressed with the cooperation of all of you. This kind of beautiful experience is very rare even after traveling many places. The place is succulent ,serene and a place where you can turn off your phone and be yourself. The camp is on the beach itself. You can take an afternoon siesta on the hammock with the breeze blowing by and the sea rumbling. Or You can take a stroll along the beach and watch the day go by. Food and lodging is excellent. Would love to go back there again.

I think it's perfect honeymoon destination for couples and perfect relaxing destination for others. For that one night stay at tents is must. Very lonely place, but foods are very much costly as not much option available here other than a few families serving foods. A mere egg dal rice cost us 200 bucks.

Fantastic place. It's a remote land but quite virgin in nature. The Resort is still a start-up t But they provide the basic amenities and the food is average. Its a good place to stay n experience for a short visit . The additional experience would be the light taste of the . wild adventures as the owner is keen to give you an experience of finding the nature at it's best.
