★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the lights r off u can't see seat numbers. No proper seat numbers.less illumination. Taking deposit for 3D glasses ? Instead of that place one person near gate who will collect it when movie gets over. In RAGHULEELA and THAKUR MALL same thing happens. I think u don't trust Viewers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously known as Moviegem, this theatre has become a den of mosquitoes now. This theatre needs some major improvements in its screen dimensions, seating facilities and other amenities. Also mosquitoes menace is so much so that you will see Good Night Red light blinking in every corner inside the theatre which is amusing. If they just do a little upgradation it will get back to its glorious days again but then the pricing of this theatre is a little lesser and they might have to factor in their audience's budget too. But once they get the upgradation work it will be one of the best.
