Their Customer service is top notch. They truly care for customer satisfaction. They think outside the box and ensure that the customer is fully satisfied with their products. Staff is very humble and customer service amazing. This is one of the stores that welcomes and treats the customer always with a smile and provides great customer experience.

Not a single professional person in shop who can talk sensibly.
they charge high wastage and also add making charges per gram on jewels. better off visiting other stores where you get SAME jewels for better rates.
Also, I tried to exchange my old jewels and they cheat you by calculating the 22 carat rate with 24 carat rate - BEWARE. Not going back ever again.
