There are multiple offices in this building, also there are two elevators to go up and down but you have to wait for a while because both the lifts are for different floors like one is for even number floors & other one is for odd number floors.

It is located near Tolstoy Marg , walking distance from Janpath metro station . It is a common point for having lunch during lunch hours . It is located in between many corporate and government offices . Employee of these office have their daily lunch meals here . It is an open place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A landmark on Tolstoy Marg and Atul Grove Road T point, most necessarily because Atul Grove Road is otherwise so anonymous, obscure and unidentifiable, being only the tree lined avenue of residential premises .
Ground floor has the Blue Dart outlet and all other floors seem to be only residential flats.
But the nearby Mohan Dev has Aeroflot office with its famous eye catching tall and broad blue board dominating the entire viewline.
Next, the Tolstoy House has Puri Constructions with their board as long as the building width itself, good idea, it works haha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i really inform to everybody it is very bad service and cheated to me the amount.. i submitted one diploma certificate for HRD attestation also give 4500 rupees for attestation charges. after two weeks they will inform they can't able to do the HRD attestation and documents return back to me. after getting my document without HRD attestation i request them to my payment. But they will not return my 4500 rupees till now. every day i am calling ACE attestation office they will not respond about it. now one month is over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Able office is in this building in 11th floor. The building has three lift. One lift runs for even no. Of floors while the other one runs for odd number of floors. The third one can be used for all the floors. Smart way to save power.

The building has various leading companies office situated within, making it more important and significant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secure entrance to the building with a lot of commercial offices located in it. The two thing i didn't like about the building would have to be:
- Cleanliness: I usually prefer stairs over lifts which I did, and that area is dirty, smelly with unwanted stuff thrown out there plus the Pan stains. Definitely avoid the stair.
- The Lift feels like its from 90's. Everytime I visited the place there was a cue to use the lift. The lift cannot accommodate a lot of individual too.
