★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This facility is a very okay type of IT facility. It is not very good. It only has three lifts and during the peak hours of logging in and logging out, the lift lobby is very very crowded.
You might end up waiting and only in the third chance, will you get some space in the lift. This is the biggest Bane of this building.
I don't think I am allowed to elaborate on the interiors of the building because of security reasons. So, I won't comment on it. But yes, again it is not top-notch and you will not be very happy. It is just okay.
Cafeteria is fine and the shopkeepers are well-behaved. So, it is good. But the enclosure is not good and is badly affected during scorching sunny days and heavy-rainy days. That's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience of the company is good. No stringent rules for timings other than if your working in support. Being a fresher its a good company but considering your career growth you anyways need to switch. If you get a good project which is luck then probably you'll get to learn things which will help you in the long run. The policy for fresher's is not which will make you love the company. It's a good company to start your career, understand things but as soon as you understand the IT world, make a wise decision and switch. The salary for fresher's is too low, so if you think you can get into a better company which is giving a better pay, then please go ahead. The first one and a half year is very difficult considering the salary and it becomes even more worse if you're deployed to a costly location.

1.Brand name.
2.Mid-sized company,hires limited workforce..it has a total strength of 10,000+ as on 2018.So less prone to bench.
3.It has good projects,learning curve is good and get chance to learn latest technology.
4.Secured job compared to other private companies,never heard of firing employees.
5.Flexibility of timing depends on the project workload and the project manager.
6.Free tea,coffe and milk.
7.Situated in multiple locations in India bangalore,pune,noida,hyderabad e.t.c.So flexibility if you want to change nearby situated location.
Cons-
1.Employees can't enjoy much benifits as compared to other private companies.
2.Less salary,less hike(about (3%-5%)), and after rating takes more time to reflect in your monthly salary.
3.Promotion is slow.
