★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely good and well planned property...its more like a man made city of its own with its own schools, hospitals, tech park and workplaces (cybercity tower) and then there are housing societies.
The place is laden with trees and greenery. Its so good and peaceful in there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to work with, because they give you peanuts as salary and make you work 6 days a week. 2 days week off is a myth here, managers force you to work 6 days a week.
If you ever find anyone who have more than a year experience in mphasis, then please stay 500 m away from them, because these people have some chemical locha in their brains they they keep on talking about respect and manners. Lol.
Literally they can do MBA and many other courses to get a better job but still they are taking 10 to 15 years of experience in BPO industry, like really.
Working for bpo in your initial phase of life is good but keep on working in the same field even after having support from family and friends and getting 10 years of experience is something only a brainless person will do.
Bpo doesn't require technical skills, anyone can do the job, but getting 10 years of experience here and flaunt it like you have saved them world from alien attack is a real cringe.
Mphasis management have a ego far greater than a Google or Microsoft manager.
