★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful location, wonderful rooms for the price, nice staff behaviour and good food. Kid friendly (they cooked without spices dal which we asked for kid) and absolutely fantastic property.
One downside is that if the hotel is booked for any ceremony on the date of your stay then u'll get disturbed due to loud music upto around 11pm (happened with us).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality was ok, but service is very bad, they don't have all the listed items in the menu.
1st scenario - by mistake they charged extra amount (approx 600-700) and when I complained about that They accepted their mistake but they said you have to pay full amount as bill got generated, how embarassing it is, totally cheap thing they did
2nd scenario I asked them to parcel the food, I will take and will eat somewhere else as I was travelling, and meanwhile I forget and nobody tried to remind and I didn't get any call from them
So I am not sure for others but honestly I will give 0 rating, but place is good.
Staff are Illiterate people.
