★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has no knowledge about the product and not interested in selling the product at all. This is store is one of the best store in Mehsana. They have very unique products which are not available in mehsana anywhere else. We tend to ask about the details of the product as they are very unique but staff has no clue. Staff is useless here.

First don’t go with stars given above, Your store has one of the best collections in Mehsana for and as Home depot. This is about the price tagging, staff behavior and stuff arrangements. Price tagging is worst, no proper pricing on all the stuff you have in the store. Staff! What should I say, They are very much arrogant and non responsive with guests, They talk non sense with their colleagues while guest is having shopping which ruins the shopping experience. And finally you guys should arrange stuff in a good way or present your offerings in a managed way I would say, especially for the ground floor. So the moral of the story is if I visit this store again which I will for sure and notice the above changes means there is someone who cares about his business and wants to grow it for sure. In case it’s unchanged then I don’t have that much of problem at all it’s your business do it your way. Moreover, if this is franchise then provider should look into it as soon as possible. I took this long to write and forward the message only. No hard feelings please☺️
