Very bad experience. Only the car was nice and clean, nothing else was good apart from that. Although everything is related with the driver, but still won't recommend at all to take risk because clearly they are not monitoring anything if something goes wrong with your trip.

I have hired Taxi through phone call from Mumbai for two days for visiting Chamunda Devi, Vajreshwari Devi, Baglamukhi, Jwala Devi and Dharmshala. I have hired by seeing online reviews. The service provided was very professional, very good vehicle, on time and Driver Ram ji was excellent. His not only driving was perfect but gave very valuable information on the way. We were hoping that it would turn out that Singh is King, but I have to ding this Singh. The car that was sent was not the one requested for. They outsourced the service to another vendor (to not lose out on the sale) - so it was not one of the nice clean shiny cars that are advertised on their website. It was a beat up car that continuously gave out a warning signal on the dashboard - we were on tenterhooks throughout the long journey as to whether the car would break down. The driver said it would stop beeping after a while, but it irritatingly continued for the entire journey. At one point the luggage carrier fell off the top (luckily our luggage was all in the trunk, and not on the carrier). Also, suddenly in the middle of the journey, the driver stopped and asked for Rs 5000 to check what is wrong with the car and for fuel (in spite of 3/4th tank full) - we declined and asked him to do his check at the first destination. We had booked a package to multiple locations, but simply gave off the car after the first journey. Didn't want to have a miserable vacation with this car. We managed local transport in Himachal, which was way nicer. This driver also got fined by state authorities for not wearing proper taxi attire (which we had to pay, as he didn't have money), nor was he willing to wear a mask. Some suggestions for anyone booking through this site: 1) Don't give more than Rs 500 advance booking amount 2) Ask vendor to send pics of the actual car / number plate / driver name / photo before hand, rather than confirming everything last minute. That way you can plan your trip better, rather than waste time managing travel on the fly. If they can't provide pics, just forget it, and look for another vendor. If you are traveling to Himachal, you will get better economical cleaner local cabs there. Some suggestions for Mr Singh: If all your cabs are booked, don't blindly do jugaad and outsource to any unknown vendor to close a sale. It will affect your own reputation (assuming that you wish to build one), as you cannot control the quality provided by some third-party vendors. In some cases, it is simply prudent to lose the sale, rather than your reputation!

Wonderful service provided by Mr.Singh Cabs. Very good Quality, clean and perfect cars provided for touring. Mr. Amandeep Singh was our driver and tour guide. I would recommend to avail him if you are visiting Manali , Leh, Spiti side. Extremely helpful, great communication and entertaining person to be with for both family and friends.

Superb work ethics... really adorable taxi service provider...as an unknown customer I booked Mr.singh for their taxi services but due to covid scenario, I requested them for cancellation of my taxi 5 days before the journey...in the toughest time of COVID, with all due regards, he refunded my 100 percent advance booking amount...even I asked them to deduct some charges but they have shown a superb professional attitude, which is really adorable. Mr. Singh I am really sorry for the cancellation but I promise very soon I will visit & definitely you will be the service provider. Very professional services which definitely produce happy customers! ?

Very affordable and a great option to hire a self driven car. Just give it a try and you'll have a great experience with it. Owner and staff members are very polite in nature and the services are also good. They have a number of cars options to choose with healthy price tags.
