★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE. THE PERSON SITTING IS A MRF AGENT WHOSE OBJECTIVE IS TO REJECT ANY CUSTOMER CLAIMS AND PUT THE QUALITY COMPLAINT DUE TO MFG DEFECTS ENTIRELY ON THE CUSTOMER.
MRF QUALITY HAS DETERIORATED VERY MUCH & SO IS THEIR QUALITY OF SERVICE.
SUCH CROOKED COMPANY SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY BANNED BY MAJOR CAR & BIKE OEMS SINCE IT IS AFFECTING THEIR 'REPUTATION AS WELL...HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR & SERVICE .. CONSUMER FORUM SHOULD BE STRONG ENOUGH TO STOP SUCH PEOPLE FROM DOING BUSINESS
