★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before you guys read any further just go through the next paragraph in which I wrote a bad review about these guys . Now around 31st may I recvd a call from the owner of Ganesh Tyres after reading my review and he personally apologised for the inconveniences caused and accepted that the guy in charge of my car service has committed a mistake and they would like to rectify the same. I tried to explain to him that the car has already been driven pass the warranty a general balancing would cover , but he insisted that he will do the correction regardless of the miles. On Sunday 03rd June . He again called me up to come with the car as they were free today. I went there explained my doubts and he patiently heard all of it and tried to explain that they never want to cheat their customer but sometimes carelessness of some employee can go wrong with the company . He got the car done for free and even promised me to give a good deal on Tyres the next time I visit them. He offered me my duster Tyres almost a 1000 rupee Per Tyre less in what I have purchased from other dealer ( although I purchased it already a 1000 rupee less than what my car dealer was charging ). Go for your Tyre service there . It's a new venture and the owner deserves a lot of customers.
Below is my initial negative review
These guys don't know their job . Went for balancing and alignment . Broke the edges of one of my old tyres while removing the Tyre from rim . Then pasted it with some sort of glue . This never happened to me anywhere else. Also I am not at all satisfied with alignment . They did it according to the computer based software but practically when I drove out it was badly steering left , but I couldn't point it out since I had to leave urgently . If you get your car done there check it properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely careless and casual staff. Got alignment and balancing of my vehicle and they handed it over without tightening the bolts. A passersby saw the jiggling wheel and warned me. Would have been a disaster otherwise. Never ever go there. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically a tyre servicing garage.. Where you can get new tyres and also service your tyres. I came here for wheel alignment and wheel balancing. They have excellent machinery and techniques for proper working and servicing. Absolutely perfect. They habe a clean and organized place for every work they do. Staff is generous and value of money is taken care. Thumbs up from me?
