★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is heaven for a music lover. Went there for a key board for colleague's daughter. They have huge collection. Price are fair. They also check the product before delivery. Various payment options like card,UPI available. Behaviour of the staffs was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional attitude from a so-called reputed music store. They forgot to repair my guitar while I asked them several times before taking the delivery. I was shocked and asked them why they told me to come after 12 days? The owner misbehaved and told me that "take your guitar. I will not repair your guitar."

Ibaneze GRX20 it's a nice deal..
And also Happy with the Behaviour of the staffs ...
But I am Disappointed cause I also brought a push pull knob And I forgot to Check that on time... But after Comming Soon home I noticed the price and barcode of the packet was missing... They take them out and charged me 800 for that but in Bajao the same knob is available on 400+...
It's a bad experience for me ....
Sorry MS Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in all India radio and all of our Musician friends suggest to buy instrument from this store. You can get 500 or 1000 less in other store but the instruments they sold will not betray u. If u new in music don't try to smart with them, trust and express what u want they will surely help u. If u r pro level ask them what u want, they will guide u. People of that store has clear idea of music instruments. I am buying instruments from last 8 years from then and never get a chane to make a complain. 500 or 1000 less is not important..the instruments you buying is important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all its a great place and we don't need to think of any other place in Kolkata to look for a better place to find a great guitar or any other instruments. i don't know much. Once i saw a guy at the shop with a Jackson guitar and they repaired it. Like magic ! ?

Their attitude is out of this world !!
Brought a fender 60s turned out to be used one... Full of scratches... If you ask them anything regarding the quality of the instrument .. they will demean you inside the store!!!
That owner might be some close aid of PM/ CM. So rude !!!
They forget they are selling musical instruments not nuclear warheads !!!
To all newbies out there... If you see this ... Avoid this shop at all costs.. don't ruin your experience and day ...
Far better shops with good behaviour are out there !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of products. Ample of space inside the shop.one can easily play any instrument of his/her choice. Lots of model of all type of instruments are on display. I had a nice experience of shoping a guitar there. Shopkeeper himself and all the staffs are very cooperative and helpful.

They have a large collections of branded guitars like Yamaha, Cort, Fender, Ibanez, Kadence, etc. The owner is rude but also a kind-hearted person. The price is cheaper than online shops. They gave me discount also when I reqst the owner. First, talk politely then you get very good behavior from others it is the main thing.
