★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services. My electricity meter is not working since last 4-5 months. I have given written complaint around a month back but no action from their end yet. Used all the modes of complaint but no luck. Monopoly needs to be ended. Please introduce privatization in this sector. #MSEDCL fraud- Charging me higher electricity bill even though the meter is not working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy by their service. My meter reading measurement status was shown as "Faulty". The engineer helped me with the Verification form and explained me the next step wherein I was supposed to submit the complaint. Thanks to the Mahavitaran engineer and his assistant.
It would be great if this process can be done online. I had tried for that, but it did not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are still in 1980 and behave like typical government officer. I had visited the office 100 times for my faulty meter complaint but no resolution was provided. These guys do not have contact number and for each complaint you have to visit the office personally. Even though you give them written complain they do not take any action. I wish there was negative rating one could give on google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office as the most inefficient like govt offices. My meter got burnt and they made me buy new meter from outside company, get it tested and now they want any electrician to install it but not MSEB man. So all the jobs they are supposed to do, they are asking customer s to do it. They don't ask for money directly but harrass you through out.
