★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I staying in below address every month facing lot of concern related to my electricity bill. I use to get more than 5.5k bill every month which is very high as i have only my old parents staying in my house. One month it came bit less as 3.6k. Again for the month oct it is showing is 7940 rs as bill amount which is highly impossible. Now though the house is 2 bhk we from past month are not using or using very limitedly the 2nd bedroom but still i see not change in the billing amount infact it has further increased from 3.6k to 8k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst division. Whenever I visited my works got pending or they say go to the other office behind the bus stand. For paying bill most of the time Link is fail. They had cut off paying bills at post and started privetization. Behind the same office they started taking bills at suradkar pay point. Why the very big office is produced then with a vey big staff. Once I wanted to permanently shut the electricity of my shop, I visited there. They had taken application and ask me to go to office behind bus stand. If you apply you have to to take pain to move here & there. There are very hopeless online services which they give through phone call. They take the application and just say it is resolved. At the same time it is not resolved. On the pending bills they charge approximately 10% interest a month that is 120% interest a year. This is very reticules thing. One should make a separate case for this on MSEB at consumer court. But who will do it??????
To shut the connection I had to move from my home to this office, this office to office behind bus stand and then to my home. Then again to take spot report I had to again go to the office behind bus stand and return home. Also had to do many calls. The whole procedure took 2 months.
