★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incompetent people work here...I've not seen a more lazy lethargic work force who doesn't give a damn if the power cut is for 1 hr or 12 hrs....I would fire everyone who works at this Lullanagar office given a choice and would like to give the Regional MSEB office for Pune a mouthful about the same...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to experience the old times when power cutoff would be normal, then buy a house with power suppllied/monitored through Lullanagar dept. Useless people. During a power cut they will put their phone off. I have had few electronics kaput due to their frequent putting power off/on. Best part is that they themselves are not aware what and why things are happening. By giving 1 rating I feel it is still generous enough for these incompetent people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the best to first and foremost finding the office. It's up a winding road with no signboards. They will not give you full and complete information. Many functions are managed by Pulgate MSEB office. So you may end up shuttling between the two offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are super careless and rude. MSEB anyway has been looting people by sending faulty bills. When we go there to get a clarification of the bill, they make us wait for 5 odd mins and after that make up stories and avoid giving us the right solution.

After complaint take 5-6 hours to attend the complaint. Fed-up of this guy's no choice here only one electric supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say 24 hrs service..But they never pick up the calls.. So this is just an eye wash ..So in case lights go off at night be rest assured that you have to succumb to the situation. JAGO GRAHAK JAGO
