★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier at the window will accept 80% light bill but Kulkarni Madam will not accept that and ask you to pay full bill, she will not talk to you nicely, she is very arrogant, she will not even co-operate to waive the light reconnection charge. Pathetic staff leader.. hope she changes her attitude and be more helpful with the mseb customers
