You should inform us about the electricity cut off.
This is very shameful.
There is also no phone numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lodged a complain on 18 June for charging me 7000 Rs. while my office was closed for the entire Lockdown period from March 2021 till 14 June 2021. Still no action taken by MESB Vishrantwadi office, this is the MSEB mistake they have disconnected my office electricity.My complaint number is 0000020530298. I hope the higher authorities of MSEB read this comment and take necessary action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service as usual in every other city. Unnoticed load sheds either for maintenance or some technical issues. These guys do not care about work from home and all. Moreover no one ever answers the calls. Plus the toll free customer service number is B.S.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non cooperative and careless staff. Issue was pending for a month .. still not resolved..no monitoring system for complaints.. Issue just resolved on portal but no one came to see personally to check..very pathetic and irresponsible staff..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. As other government offices are...dark and dirty. Though parking not available we can park two wheelers on front road. But I got good service here. Staff responsible and of helping nature what I felt.

They are nothing caring for the people, they are careless people. Their customer care is also a very third class. They don't have any knowledge of the power cuts. Very very third class service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow response, temporary solutions, the power failure problem still persist. They act as if they are super busy when you call them for complaint, they take their sweet time. And when frustrated you visit the office, one can see them just sitting there doing nothing and having tea, tabacco and chit chatting as if everything is fine in the area.
