Dear Team, I maid my 1st complaint at 2.24 PM on 22nd of May 2021. Immediately within an hours of time, I also visited Wadali Office Amravati which serves my area. After an hours time technician came to visit our place to check the issue & sort it out. Issue was identified by technician & the issue was external wire was corrupted so than they suggest to change the cable. Immediately we asked to replace it, for this replacement they asked us to pay for cable's value which may range from Rs 5 to 10 per feet, we asked them to replace it at same time we called to customer care MSEB to confirm that, we need to pay for it or no.t Customer care executive asked me to pay in case if they are offering the bill against service provided. in this scenario I asked Service executive that, will you provide the bill against the service or replacement wire you will be providing to us? At same time he denied and said that, you need to arrange the wire for repairing of your power supply. Service executive asked us once you arrange the cable call us, we will get it done. I arranged the cable but even after calling a several times to operator no one came to serve our issue. When I talked to Operator, He said whatever online complaints you register that goes to mumbai therefore they are not worried about online complaints which consumer register online. Still my power supply is discontinued just because I didn't pay to your Service Executives. isn't it part of corruption? I being a loyal customer of MSEB wish to have some serious action against Service Executive & Operator who takes call at such time for their way of response. If you don't take any action against these folks, I will surely go to Consumer forum. I will also escalate this issue in Social media as well as I have all the proofs for above complaint.. Will be waiting for your response for next 4 days if no action taken will raise this issue to social media & will move to consumer forum.
