★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely hopeless. .as someone rightly said they keep the phone disconnected so that nobody can disturb them when one wants to complain. Can't live without electricity in the nights of month of May. I fail to understand how somebody commented superb and accurate..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short circuit in my Society, called up this number and spoke to a certain Mr Chavan at 4am. He said someone will come in 45 mins to fix the issues. Calling them since 4:45 am, number shows busy. It’s very difficult for tax payers like us to connect these Public works department. When asked if there is fire due to short circuit Mr Chavan replied contact fire brigade for it but we will come after 45 mins only (felt like applauding the Man) waiting for someone from Electrocity board to fix this. God know when will they arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless government employees. Bloody they give helpline numbers on electricity bills and is always busy. Payment ke liye bill kaise time pe aata hai? Also they will waste electricity on useless events. Ab toh line pe aa jao. Shameless people just earning money sitting and doing nothing. One word to describe them "PATHETIC"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "WORST" is the only word that can be usedufor it.They cannot even supply electricity properly, office is full of dust as if it is not been cleaned for a 1000 years. They probably won't reply to this review. Unfortunate Power cuts before exams are their speciality and surprisingly 1 phase works but other fails. You guys aren't fit to work. Your work is as usual worst. If possible try to improve your power supply cheap people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service provider of power supply of our Government. They keep the phone receiver aside during power cut. So, none will disturb them. Such a careless behaviour from our responsible government officials. Hope they be so unresponsive during salary pay day and citizens paying power bills.
