★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online services provided my MSEDCL moves only when followed or pushed manually and that is very sad thing. I applied online on 25-May for my electric load 2KW to increase to 4KW which got through on 1-OCT, that is after almost 4 months, which was possible on 1-JUN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I am giving 1 star bcoz i can't give 0. If you filed complaint regarding power failure or any other reason...no one attends that. You have to file complaints again and again for minimum 10times and then also they neglect and didn't take any action. Very worst service.
