★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never respond to calls .. Given landline number for customer care is just useless..One of the third class service provider ..
Even i complaint to seniors but no one is looking after it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lodged a complaint about problem in electric supply on MSEDCL twitter handle they forwarded complaint to local office but local office was not taking any action I then again asked on Twitter handle then after 30 hours ,2 workmen came and that also at the odd timing.
And the workman's behavior was not good.
But as government is thinking to bring more service providers in upcoming years then we'll not be depending on single provider comapny.
