Worst officers. They don't know who too do there work fine. They even don't know how to speak to a consumer. Even old people have to wait in long Q. Every month there is an problem in bills. Every month a day is wasted in doing it proper, but again things are the same. No one person takes responsibility of any work, they makes as too go from one table too other for an single little issue. Worst service.
