★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They forgot to return one of my cloth and it's been two weeks and they are not returning it. didnt even apologize for their mistake. They don't even call and follow up. Everytime I have to call to remind them and waste my money. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.They don't deliver on time,it took 1 week to deliver my clothes,then they also forget to deliver all clothes now it's been 3 weeks I m calling them but Everytime they just say sorry n say they will check over it but nothing happens.
Waste if ur money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic! Haven't received my clothes even after 4 days from the pickup date. They kept asking me to wait. My work got held up, I couldn't go out because all my work clothes were with these lazy people, and I could do nothing about it. Do not waste your time and money by giving laundry here. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a place where the headache of cleaning of clothes could be sorted out. I would say MSKCLEAN has provided me the answer.
The service is very nice. They pick up clothes from door step and within the stated time duration. Clothes came back to me well washed, on time, ironed, perfurmed and with smile.

Edit: Thier delivery and pick up time has gone horribly awful of late. They have grown bigger now but can't cope with the load of the work that they have and seems like they don't care about their old tiny customers anymore. These guys don't keep up to their own words what they utter from their mouth. You have to call them up n number of times for pick up and delivery and top of that all the people there lie , they will promise you a delivery on the phone and then forget , really frustrating! No value for the customer's time. Misplaced the sweater, return in 10 days. May God bless you guys.. all the best!

I gave my quilts for dry cleaning in October and paid my bills in advance. Since then I have been waiting for them to deliver my stuff back.
Besharmi ki limits cross kardi. Kept all my quilts through the winters and They even stopped attending my calls.
I am planning to put a lawsuit against this company.

Bad experience with msk clean at Kirti Nagar. Messed up my new nike t-shirt and did not return my balance of Rs.100/-. I sent these pictures to them and told them about it but since then they don't answer my call or message.
