★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best reason to stay at this location is the magnificent sea view right outside your balcony. The access to seashore near the rooms and serves as a private beach. The food and service is satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location and more than value for money hotel.. I can definitely say :- best hotel to stay at Ganapatipule.. The service at the in house restaurant is very slow just because it is understaffed.. If they add more people to take care of this restaurant, the service can improve a lot.. Thats the only reason 1 less star.. Otherwise amazing place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean place, cordial and helpful staff, but the persons who visit the complex are not used to cleanliness as I have seen plastic bottle, wrapper strewn around the place. Beautiful sea view from the balcony calm and serene.
Must for people who want value for money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the private beach in MTDC. It was calm & relaxing. The views are breathtaking. The rooms were full & was not able to book those. The bamboo house looked good but wee quite expensive for the cost. Overall looked very well managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, clean and beautiful beaches, glorious sea. The rooms were adequate, particularly the bamboo cottages we stayed in are very quaint. Room service is prompt, too.
Wish the food were as good, or the food delivery service.
Still, will definitely go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for a day here in Bamboo cottage, It was nice clean room, well maintained rooms. They have a small restaurant there but has very limited options i recommend go to restaurant near there main reception.
Sea facing cottages are costly little bit smaller than non sea facing cottages.
Lots of wooden/ bamboo swings and hammock placed . Lots of open space for kids to play

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, specially premium suites.... Direct sea view from balcony. Staffs are very cooperative, professional and kids friendly. Specially Asst. Manager "Rupesh ", Any help u need he is one shot solution. Only minus point is cook I think. Foods are very over spicy, not suitable while traveling. Enjoyed the stay. Love visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place. The beach facing huts are just amazing.. good service. Also the in house restaurant is very nice. Staff is polite. Ample parking. Book online. Rooms are full during Diwali vacation, New Year’s Eve.
