Unortunatly Respected Registrar got admitted so my work shifted to other place. Being old and sick got problems but my MC made it happen with lots of taken care of me

But it can vary, depending on the staff you are dealing with, as some are still living in past when government had monopoly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I would recommend people to choose alternate brands for mobile sim cards as the place is very dirty and understaffed. Moreover, mtnl sim is only 3G. So I guess for 4G and 5G we as such need to look forward to other service providers. Though the staff did help me with my issue but the place doesn't seem impressive. You may want to try your luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing it because the place have many issues specifically for Senior and Super Citizens
The place is both MTNL Office and backside there is an Registration Office (People do registration for properties shops etc.)
I had gone for some registration purpose, but the place is fully crowded ad got an experience of Government Official roaming around the compound during the working and we were just searching them for there initials because with that nothing will go ahead
Also the place is not good for Senior Citizen who have problems of walking or climbing stairs...
As the place have many up-stairs to climb and enter the Office (minimum 20stairs)
And if the person is Physically challange then it is impossible to them to climb
I myself have seen Senior and Super citizens came with Wheel Chairs and many people holding them all-together and pulling them up due to high climbing and If any mistake.. by any one, Then directly they can fall down and make injury to many persons all-together
Also would request the authority personnel atleast to make Lift facilities for Senior and Super Citizens..
Rest the place is very nice, cool place as trees are many and have friendly people in that Offices..!
