★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very depressing place. Don't know when will MTNL change the working culture. Though their dealings are honest, their ways are very slow based on paperwork requiring visits to offices which lack enthusiasm. MTNL needs to invest in improving it's office spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MTNL (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited), is also known a life line of Delhi but not now! We can say to "MTNL" was life line of Delhi when you book your new connection at MTNL, was means that you booked a lottery ticket, no bodies know when it would be called.
After your new connection was approved, really what was the awesome happiness. Line man asked to pay for sweets and you are happy to give him something as he demanded.
But time have changed MTNL- Delhi is requesting to people, please buy new new connection at free without any installation charges.
Do you know, why this happened?
No, MTNL says, More than 6 big competitors are in the row and giving more cheaper telecom services without any delay.
