★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the only office of MTNL in faridabad.It deals in bill payment,issue of mtnl prepaid and post paid mobile sim cards.You can activate mtnl internet pack and broadband packs from here.The timing of the office is from 10am to 6pm though bill payment is accepted only upto 4pm.The staff is well behaved and cooperative.The staff has no power to sort out your complaints regarding wrong/excess bill.There is no washroom facility.The office accepts only cash payment.Parking can be done in the sec 16 market parking area.
