Mu old wifi modem 'Signal strength was poort...When they understood issue .. Immediately replaced it will new type .. I'm past also I had good experience with them
Even you call them.. they will try to help you... Services also good... Their broadband connection is stable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Office is closed down from last one year. The security guard there informed that the office is shifted to Belapur. Nobody responds on customer care numbers. Broadband is down but nobody attends the complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by each of the employees here. They just aren't available for customer service and only while away time. Have no product information and can't guide you with any good plans.
You have to endlessly talk to them for getting information and it never gets sorted unless and until you follow up at least 50 times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been calling them since over a month as I would like to switch to a Government operated cellular provider but they have never picked up the phone. I tried calling the Kharghar number, Vashi, and even Versova not one of them picked up the phone. I had read other reviews on Google map saying they were close since the past one year. Secretly hoping that they might have opened back up with the recent unlocking I paid them a visit. As you can tell there was no one other than the watchman and he said that even those that are hear do not provide service for cellular customers. So if you want a new SIM in Kharghar area you have to go all the way to Panvel or Vashi.
This goes to show why government services are unreliable, and even if you are willing to take that risk and still pay for their services they may not even be there to provide basic services. No wonder MTNL still hasn't got a 4G network and from what I hear their 3G and 2G services don't provide internet services in Kharghar anyways, just call and SMS.
Super inefficient company and deserves to be shut down altogether or complete takeover by BSNL should be made possible ASAP.
